We are a small Croatian company specializing in SAS. So far, we have mostly worked with SAS Adriatic Region as their subcontractors, but lately we have decided to spread our expertise.
Currently, there are two consultants employed in our company - one specializing in Customer Intelligence and DI projects while the other has worked with SAS Decision Manager (both MM and BRM), VA Reporting, in DI projects, etc. Our business expertise is mainly focused on Banking Industry and Telecommunications.
As consultants, we have participated in a number of SAS projects, both nationally/regionally and internationally. Our project portfolio in Croatia involves leading Banks in the country, which are parts of major European Banking Groups, and includes implementation of SAS Credit Scoring, implementation of Credit Risk Model Management processes, implementation and partially development of IFRS9 process etc. Regionally and internationally, we have participated in CRM projects for UnicreditGroup (more precisely, development of aCRM and integration with corporate oCRM) for UnicreditGroup in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria and Russia, Marketing Automation and Real-Time Decision Manager configuration, migrations and customizations for several clients … So far, our clients have been based in Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Northern Macedonia, Bulgaria and the Russian Federation.
In addition to taking part in development and implementation projects, we are also experienced SAS trainers - (both our consultants?) we both have held a number of SAS courses throughout the Adriatic Region, including (but not limited to) SAS Programming 1 and 2, SAS EG 1 and 2, SAS Model Manager, SAS Marketing Automation 1 and 2, SAS Real-Time Decision Manager, etc.
